This website does not use contact forms or collect personal data automatically. If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we collect only the information you provide (name, phone number, brief medical description) to manage your appointment request.

Purpose and legal basis

Data collected via direct contact is processed for the sole purpose of managing appointment bookings and pre-consultation enquiries. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where applicable, your explicit consent.

Data retention

Appointment enquiry data is retained for the time necessary to respond to your enquiry and, once you become a patient, for the legally required period for medical records under Spanish law (minimum 5 years from the last care episode).
